I spent the 2018 midterms at Priorities USA as part of the largest democratic digital ads program of the election cycle ($40+ million media spend), initially as Senior Designer and then Design Director. I worked closely with Research, Analytics, Video, and Media teams through the creative development — from polling through concepting, production, and performance analysis — of social, programmatic, and native ads and landing pages.
As the cycle ramped up, I hired and managed a rockstar team of 5 talented graphic and motion designers. Together we produced dozens of branded persuasion campaigns House, Senate, and Governor races. Additionally, we ran several multi-state motivation and GOTV campaigns targeting various key audience groups.
